We have Quadel Consulting certifications in Section 8 compliance and Spectrum Consulting’s C3P certification in low income housing tax credit compliance. Affordable housing properties are the pinnacle of property management in terms of complexity in that every element of our management abilities is scrutinized by independent third parties on a regular basis. All other types of property management, except perhaps shopping center management, are much simpler than our area of greatest strength.
